Magician (Adventures)

The Magician

(Japanese: マジシャン Magician) is a recurring character in the Pokémon Adventures manga.

History

The Magician debuts in the Black 2 & White 2 arc. He is an acquaintance of Lack-Two who helps the boy by providing routine health checks and International Police Arms. Unlike the ones Looker uses, the Arms that the Magician makes do not comically break when used.

The Magician is first seen when Lack-Two takes Looker to the Aspertia City alleyways. They head to the Magician's hideout, where Lack-Two has his vitals checked out. The Magician reveals that he has designed a prototype for a special cover for Poké Balls that will make them easier to throw. When Lack-Two asks for 300 copies to be ready in four hours, the Magician claims it to be impossible only to change his mind when Lack-Two casually slips him a large sum of money as a bribe. Lack-Two and Looker later leave when they hear an explosion coming from outside. Upon arriving, they find the culprit to be the Mythical Pokémon Genesect.

When Lack-Two is battling Genesect, he gets a call from the Magician telling him that the Poké Ball covers have been completed. Lack-Two has the Magician send the case with the covers to him so that he may use them to capture Genesect.

Pokémon

		Corphish
		Corphish is the Magician's only known Pokémon. It was first seen with its Trainer at the Magician's secret hideout. Later, it delivered the Poké Ball covers Lack-Two had requested earlier to aid in his capture of Genesect. None of Corphish's moves are known.
