Lisa Mitchum (Japanese: ミツオダ・リサ Risa Mitsuoda) is a character of the day from Rough, Tough Jigglypuff. Her Japanese voice actress is 半場友恵 Tomoe Hanba and her English voice actress is Lisa Adams.

Lisa was a four-year-old girl living near Saffron City. For her fifth birthday, she told her father Mitch that she wanted a Jigglypuff for her birthday. He spent months looking for one, and at one point told her he probably wouldn't make it home for her birthday.

Eventually, he made it home, but Lisa was sad to see that he didn't bring home a Jigglypuff like she wanted. But when he told her about how hard he worked, she understood, and immediately fell in love with her dad's Loudred. Suddenly, the Jigglypuff appeared at their home. It was angry at Mitch for leaving it. However, it immediately fell in love with Lisa, and agreed to stay with her and play.
