Kōya (Japanese: コウヤ Kōya) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure.
Kōya isn't very friendly, especially to people like Jun. He told him to quit being a trainer as Jun lost to him.
Kōya is a member of the International Police, working with Looker on the trail of Kaisē.
