The Kanto Pokémon Association (Kanto Pokémon Federation in GenIV) is an affiliation of three Bikers on Route 8, found only in the Generation II games and their Generation IV remakes. It consists of three bikers who closed got the underground between Celadon City and Lavender Town shut down after they wrecked it.
