Dr. Yung invented the mirage Pokémon system and posed as the Mirage Master to try and create the ultimate Pokémon. After being defeated, he went into his burning lab and was never seen again as the police were unable to find his body. His Brazilian Portuguese voice actor is Nestor Chiesse. He is voiced by Billy Regan in English.
