A Cipher Admin (Japanese: シャドー幹部 Shadow Leader) is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games, debuting in Pokémon Colosseum. In this game, it refers specifically to Miror B., Dakim, Venus, and Ein.
In Pokémon XD, it refers to Lovrina, Snattle, Gorigan, Eldes, and Ardos.
