A Cipher Admin (Japanese: シャドー幹部 Shadow Executive) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games, debuting in Pokémon Colosseum. In this game, it refers specifically to Miror B., Dakim, Venus, and Ein.

In Pokémon XD, it refers to Lovrina, Snattle, Gorigan, Eldes, and Ardos.

A Cipher Admin is an important member of Cipher, who act as bosses throughout the games.

Trivia

  • All Admins are faced three times in each game; they are first battled in their regular location, then at the hideout of the final boss, and they are optionally faced a third time in a Colosseum.
  • Eldes, a Cipher Admin, when battled the third time is the hardest boss in XD.
