Keane
Keane (Japanese: カーツ Curts), along with Karen, Blue, Silver, and Charmaine, is one of the children kidnapped by the Mask of Ice and raised to be his servants. Keane was one of the sub-leaders of the new Team Rocket formed in Johto.
His proper English name from Chuang Yi's Singaporean English Pokémon manga translations is Keane. However, Coronis who is known of coining fannames for manga characters who lack American names coined the name Cart based on his Japanese name. That caused many fans to call him Cart.
