Captain was a character of the day in the anime who appeared in the episode A Shipful of Shivers. His English voice actress is Maddie Blaustein and his Japanese voice actor is 石井康嗣 Kōji Ishii.

He was a former Orange League champion who won the event using his Gastly and Haunter, over 300 years ago.
