The TM cards featured in this expansion are based upon the system in which players are rewarded a Gym Leader's favored TM upon defeating them. In the Pokémon games, Bugsy gives out TM49 (Fury Cutter) in Generation II, and TM89 (U-turn) in Generation IV.
