Mewtwo is a Pokémon in the gag manga Pokémon Pocket Monsters which belongs to Blue.

History

Mewtwo debuted in PM025 in which it was created by Giovanni and his brother. It was shortly released afterwards.

Blue eventually captured Mewtwo in PM054.

At some point, Isamu Akai's Clefairy obtained a DNA switching machine and mixed his DNA with Mewtwo's, causing the psychic Pokémon to become a gag Pokémon. As a result, it would do the same shenanigans that Clefairy would do. This would upset Blue similar to how Clefairy upsets Red.
