Get the Show on the Road! (Japanese: 新たなる大地! 新たなる冒険!! A New Land! A New Adventure!!) is the first episode of Advanced Generation. It was first broadcast in Japan on November 21, 2002 and in USA on March 15, 2003 as part of a special preview. It was later broadcast in sequence on ???.

In this episode, Ash finally arrives in the land of Hoenn, at a port near Littleroot Town. But with a sick Pikachu in his hands, entering the Hoenn League is the least of his concerns. With no Pokémon Centers nearby, he calls up Professor Birch for help.

Meanwhile, May, the daughter of the Petalburg Gym leader Norman, heads towards Professor Birch's lab, so she can get her starter Pokémon.
