Hikari and her Mimirol
Hikari's Mimirol (Japanese: ヒカリのミミロル Hikari's Mimiroru) is the second pokémon caught by Hikari. Hikari captured Mimiroru in DP009, though it was first shown in the opening Together which debuted in DP004.
In a similar fashion to Misty's Corsola fascination in the Whirl Islands and Ash fishing a Corphish a couple of episodes before catching his own, Hikari battled more than one wild Mimiroru before meeting the one that would become her own Pokémon. However, her capture attempts failed as she was still inexperienced.
