Randy is a character of the day who appeared in Training Wrecks. His Norwegian voice actor is Trond Teigen.
Randy is one of the Pokémon trainers training under Rocky at Muscle Island. When he discovers Team Rocket lurking in the bushes, he assumes they're on the island to join the training, and arranges a program for them.
