Route 18 is a short path that serves as the southern end of Route 17's Cycling Road. The east side of the path contains a way station for cyclists and a small grassy area occupied chiefly by wild Flying-type Pokémon and trainers that specialize in them.
Beyond that is the western entrance to Fuchsia City.
