Goneff

Goneff (Japanese: 怪盗ゴローニャ Mysterious Thief Golonya) is a character of the day who appeared in The Wayward Wobbuffet. He is a master thief who robs banks and steals everything, let alone money. His English voice actor is Sean Schemmel and his Japanese voice actor is 池田勝 Masaru Ikeda.

After Team Rocket placed the key to the Poké Pod into the hands of Wobbuffet after an attempt to steal Pikachu went wrong, Wobbuffet was captured by Goneff. Soon after, it was an all-out race to track down Wobbuffet and retrieve the key to free Pikachu. During that time, Officer Jenny was in hot pursuit for Goneff.
