Pani Kobayashi (Japanese: 小林ぱに Kobayashi Pani), born in Hakodate,[1] is a freelance illustrator and painter who began providing artwork for the Pokémon Trading Card Game in 2019, beginning with the Cottonee card released in the Cosmic Eclipse expansion. Thus far, Kobayashi has illustrated 37 cards for the TCG.
