Trivia
The card print from VSTAR Universe is the fifth out of nine cards to form a bigger picture, the other cards being Riolu, Swablu, Duskull, Bidoof, Turtwig, Paras, Poochyena and Mareep. All nine cards are included as part of one of many God Packs, which is a booster containing nothing but secret rare cards, and are difficult to obtain.
Origin
Whimsy Tackle is an attack that first appeared on Slowpoke from HeartGold & SoulSilver. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword. Akari is featured in the Full Art print's illustration, who uses a Pikachu in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
