Palace Maven Spenser (Japanese: パレスガーディアン ウコン, Palace Guardian Ukon) is the Frontier Brain and master of the Battle Frontier's Battle Palace.
Spenser's physical being and heart beat are one with his Pokémon, his brethren. He has full trust in his Pokémon. He makes loud threats to set his opponent off guard. When defeated, he awards the Spirits Symbol.
