Spirit World Cloth

Not to be confused with the "Reaper Cloth," an essential item in evolving Dusclops in Pokémon Diamond + Pearl, The spirit world cloth is only obtainable on the English versions of the games via Mystery Gift. It was recently obtainable on 25th September 2007 as an apparent "secret" Nintendo giveaway, seeing how 4 days after the event, no Pokémon site, e.g Serebii.net, has heard hide nor hair of it.

After you obtain it through Mystery Gift, you must collect it from any Pokémon Mart. (still, in either english Pearl or Diamond editions)

To use it, you had to go to The "Foreign Building" in Hearthome city (part of the Sinnoh region) and talk to a man near an 'altar.' He would then offer you a trade; a spirit world cloth for his pikachu.

He also tells you that he got the pikachu from an amazingly talented young boy in Kanto, suggesting that It may have been Ash Ketchum's at one point.

If you do trade, the pikachu can learn any HM moves, as long as you've already aquired them.

NOT AVALIABLE ON AMERICAN VERSIONS OF THE GAME

In the American Versions, the spirit world cloth is the american version of the "Reaper Cloth," Therfore not avaliable in that countrie's versions.
