Pelipper is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team.

A certain Pelipper delivers mail to the player's rescue base. After the player tells the partner that the balance of the world is in space, the partner asks Pelipper to take them into space. Pelipper tells them "no way" before flying off again. He then later leaves a letter for the player and partner before they go on the run as fugitives to say goodbye to them. He was then happy to be delivering mail to them again once the player and partner returned, delivering a breaking new post to Pokémon Square to tell everyone of the player's innocence.
