A Lady (Japanese: おじょうさま Ojō-sama, literally high class young lady) is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are depicted girls dressed in elaborate and fancy clothing.
They generally use weak Pokémon but give out a lot of Poké Dollars as reward. Many of their Pokémon also carry Nuggets.
Their male counterpart is a Rich Boy.

In the anime
A woman that looks like the Ruby and Sapphire depiction of this trainer class made a brief cameo in AG119. A Lady also appears at the beginning of Pokémon: Jirachi Wishmaker battling Brendan_(game).
