Burkhart is a character in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
Burkhart is first introduced at the Wireless Base on Renbow Island in the Oblivia, where he is shocked by electricity. He offers to charge the player's styler but Rand intervenes, due to it being unsafe. Later, he helps greatly with the repairs to the tower after Raikou destroyed it mercilessly.
