Jessie's Magikarp

Jessie's Magikarp (Japanese: ムサシのコイキング Musashi's Koiking)Is the third Pokémon to be caught by Jessie during her travels in Hoenn.

In the episode Pearls are a Spoink's Best Friend After stealing Spoink's pearl, Team Rocket comes across the Magikarp Salesman who convinces Jessie to trade the pearl for what he claims to be a Feebas. Jessie is reluctant at first until the salesman explains to her that Febass evolve into Milotic after which, Jessie eagerly makes the trade. Despite the protests of James and Meowth.

Later we see Team Rocket at a lake letting Jessie's "Feebas" swim around in a stream. The paint starts to run, and soon it is revealed that the Feebas is actually a Magikarp. This discovery infuriates Jessie, and Team Rocket seeks out the salesman to demand a refund. When they find the salesman, Ash and friends are already there. A battle ensues, during which the salesman escapes, and Magikarp is completely lost track of. Team Rocket is defeated in the end and the Pearl is returned to Spoink.
