Kouya
Kouya (Japanese: コウヤ Kouya) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure.
Kouya isn't very friendly, especially to people like Jun. He told him to quit being a trainer as Jun lost to him.
Kouya is a member of the Global Police, working with Looker on the trail of Kaisē.
