Kōji Ishii (Japanese: 石井康嗣 Ishii Kōji) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.

Biography

Ishii was born on July 1, 1960, in Wakayama, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, and became a voice actor as an adult. He first voiced the minor role of a captain during the original series of the Pokémon anime. He then voiced the antagonistic Colonel Hansen during Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire. Ishii is currently affiliated with the talent agency Vi-Vo.
