According to Smogon, the SD will be available from the DW. I'm not familiar with how the dream world works, so could someone who has an account on the global link add this to the article? Boost?
The article says this item boosts Lati@s' Sp.Def and Sp.Atk by 50%... is that real? cause my brother got the Eon Ticket, caught Latios, and there seems not to be an offensive boost. Serebii says that Latios receives a boost in Sp.Def and Latias gets Sp.Atk, but even Latias doesn't seem to receive THAT boost (of 50%).
