To tell you the truth and to keep it short and sweet, I started playing Pokémon when Yellow Version came out. That was my main Generation I game, I didn't really care about my Blue and Red Version. When Gold and Silver came out, I saw Silver being the better one since my cousin was playing Gold Version and we have been rivals since Pokémon came out. Crystal caught my eye when ever the battery had run dry out of my Silver version. Around this time I had lend my Red version out to a friend and he lost it by accident (it wasn't that good of a game anyways.) Anyways 2 years later and I got Ruby and Sapphire. My cousin got hooked onto Sapphire, at the same time I was hooked onto Ruby. FireRed and LeafGreen came out and I was a happy boy seeing as how I loved Yellow Version, and thinking it would be the same setup as that. It wasn't and both of them didn't really catch my eye, unlike Emerald Version that next year.

SoulSilver Version
This is what my Pokémon are going to be in SoulSilver;

Platinum Version
- Main article: User:Galm/Platinum Version
It all started when I was roaming around Bulbapedia, and I saw how good the graphics were compared to my Emerald Version/LeafGreen Version. So I got real jealous and thought to myself; Should I spend about $200 on the game and system, or should I look on the internet and find an Emulator.
Emerald Version
- Main article: User:Galm/Emerald Version
I first got my Emerald Version in May of 2005, it was, I think three weeks after it had been released in North America. I remember getting hooked onto it after I relaized that it had moving Pokémon sprites, just like Crystal Version. My Emerald Version has only been played from the begninng three times since I ever had got that. The first time I played it was the day that I got it till about June in 2006.
LeafGreen Version
- Main article: User:Galm/LeafGreen Version
I first got my LeafGreen Version the same time I received my FireRed Version. I thought that it would turn out to be the same as Pokémon Yellow, when the Pokémon follows you around. It turned out it wasn't. I got hooked back onto my LeafGreen Version when I had to get the three Legendary Dogs, knowing that this is my only way on getting them.
Crystal Version
- Main article: User:Galm/Crystal Version
I first got Crystal Version when I played a demo of it in Wal-Mart. I got hooked onto it since that day. I begged my parents to buy it and they wouldn't, so I had to save up the money to buy it. I ended up buying my Crystal Version for 34.99, and it was worth the price.
