Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Ginji's Rescue Team is a six-part manga based on the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games. It follows Ginji, a reckless boy who turns into a Torchic, and a cautious Mudkip in their adventures as a rescue team.

The manga has been translated into English. It was released in issues of Nintendo Power in the USA and Jetix magazine in the UK.

A boy named Ginji falls asleep out of fatigue looking for his birthday present and wakes up as a Torchic. After meeting a Mudkip, the two enter a fissure to rescue a Pokémon crying for help.
