This card was included in the English EX Crystal Guardians expansion, first released in the Japanese Ocean's Kyogre ex Constructed Starter Deck, with artwork by Masakazu Fukuda. In Japan, this card was reprinted with different artwork by the same artist as one of the PCG-P Promotional cards and was available as an insert in Volume 7 of Pokémon Wonderland, released on March 23, 2006. The English print was released in POP Series 4.
