Samiya's Buizel (Japanese: アクーシャのブイゼル Akusha's Buoysel) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It is one of the PCG-P Promotional cards.

Release information

In Japan, this card was distributed as an insert across several Shogakukan publications. It was available in the August 2006 issues of Elementary School 2nd Grade, Elementary School 4th Grade, and Elementary School 6th Grade magazines, released during July 2006. It was subsequently available in the September 2006 issues of Elementary School 1st Grade, Elementary School 3rd Grade, and Elementary School 5th Grade magazines, released during August 2006.

Razor Wind is a move in the Pokémon games that Buizel can learn. Smash Turn is an attack that first appeared on Squirtle and Wartortle from EX FireRed & LeafGreen.
