There is another Pokemon, besides Wynaut and Togepi, that can be found in Lavaridge Town. A '''Kecleon''' can be found in the hot spring that is accessed from the door on the right (the female hot spring) in the Pokecentre. It is discovered using a Devon Scope, of course. I'm not quite sure at what point in the game that this Kecleon appears here, but I'm pretty sure that it's there after the player catches or defeats Groudon/Kyogre. Lava Ridge
I was reading one of the guides for Pokémon Emerald (Prima Official Game Guide) and I noticed the address on the first page: 3000 Lava Ridge Court, Suite 100, Roseville, CA 95661. A Dirty Kecleon...
There is another Pokemon, besides Wynaut and Togepi, that can be found in Lavaridge Town. A Kecleon can be found in the hot spring that is accessed from the door on the right (the female hot spring) in the Pokecentre. It is discovered using a Devon Scope, of course. I'm not quite sure at what point in the game that this Kecleon appears here, but I'm pretty sure that it's there after the player catches or defeats Groudon/Kyogre.
