Etsuko Kozakura

Etsuko Kozakura (Japanese: 小桜エツ子 Kozakura Etsuko) is a Japanese voice actress for the Pokémon anime. She was born as Kumi Uchino on February 22, 1971 in Tokyo, Japan.

Pokémon roles

Kozakura provided the voices for various Pokémon in the anime, movies, and the Pikachu shorts. Her most notable role is that of Hikari's Pochama.
