In Japan, this card was released as a PCG-P Promotional card awarded to those who participated in the regional Summer 2006 Battle Road tournaments. A Cosmos Holofoil version of this card was one of two cards available in the DP Value Pack 1, released in September 2007.
Trivia
Many of these cards had the Poké Ball upside down on the back.
