The Deoxys vs Rayquaza Gift Set is a special Deck Kit for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and was released in Japan only.
Release Date
- The set was released on 19th November 2004.
Trivia
- Similar to the 7th Movie Half Deck, this Gift Set celebrates the release of the 7th Pokémon Movie in cinemas. The set features two Half Decks that portray the key Pokémon roles in the movie – Deoxys and Rayquaza. The same was done for the Half Decks in Breaking Blue Sky.
- The same tin was used for the English EX Collector’s Carry Tin, which contained 3 EX Booster Packs and two Promotional Cards.
- In addition to the half decks, the set contains a rulebook, damage counters, generic counters, a custom coin (a silver version of the Pikachu coin found in the Mew Gift Set and EX Trainer Kit) and 2 playmats.
