'''Wish Upon a Jirachi''' is the fifth officially revealed event in {{g|Pokopia}}. It runs from June 23 to July 8. 
Unlike previous events, which are hardcoded into the game, it is not possible to switch the [[Nintendo Switch 2]]'s system time to the event period to participate in it, as an internet connection is required to participate.

{{p|Jirachi}} appears in front of [[Pokémon Center]]s that the player has built. Upon befriending {{poko|Ditto}}, it teaches the recipe for [[wish note]]s and sets up its shop inside, displacing the {{OBP|Pokémon|species}} currently there. 
Jirachi will sell the player a selection of [[item]]s in exchange for [[sparkling wish note]]s, an event-only currency found by completing requests from Pokémon and transforming wish notes into sparkling wish notes.
