(Japanese: ジバコイル、撃つ Jibacoil, Shoot) is the 612th chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga.
Plot
Brandon, standing beside his Regirock, calls Palmer to share an update on the attempt to destroy the meteor. When Palmer asks how he can help, Brandon urges him to stay at home with his son. Brandon reveals that he and the other Hoenn Frontier Brains defeated the Team Aqua and Team Magma Admins by the sea. The Frontier Brains are shown next to Brandon as they interrogate the Admins.
Anabel hears a voice call out her name, and she is surprised to see Emerald speaking from a portal above her. Emerald asks her if she has seen Sapphire nearby, but the Frontier Brains tells him that they haven't. Emerald shouts a quick goodbye, then asks Hoopa to make a portal to the Mossdeep Space Center. Hoopa creates another portal, but it shows an unknown man inside of a cave.
As Emerald berates Hoopa for not listening, he doesn't notice the man approach a tent. Resting inside the tent, Sapphire can be seen. The man introduces himself to her as Aarune, and tells her that they are in a Secret Base off of Route 120. Aarune explains that he was helping a boy build his Secret Base when he saw Sapphire and her Tropius fall from the sky. Aarune is interrupted by a muffled voice coming from outside of the tent. Sapphire follows the sound, and is shocked to see Emerald through a portal.
Emerald is equally shocked to see Sapphire. Before he can say anything, he is distracted by Kyogre and Groudon bursting into the area. Archie and Maxie reveal that the Legendary Pokémon have mastered Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades. Upon seeing the powerful Pokémon, Hoopa grows competitive and forms a new portal.
As Ruby is still in Rayquaza's grip, a portal appears in front of them. Before Ruby and Norman can enter the portal with Rayquaza, the primal forms of Kyogre and Groudon can be seen through it. Rayquaza knocks Norman from his Staraptor, then fires a powerful beam into the portal. The beam hits Kyogre and Groudon, and when they prepare to retaliate, the Elder urges everyone to calm Rayquaza. Panicked, Hoopa places the other portal next to the one Rayquaza is about to emerge from. When Rayquaza enters through it, it is transported to the Secret Base.
Sapphire is shocked as Rayquaza flies past her and into the sky above Route 120. She is even more shocked when she sees Ruby trapped in its claw. When Ruby tries to direct Rayquaza toward Route 131, it drops him, sending him plummeting from the sky. As Ruby falls to his certain death, he regrets failing to save the world, as well as never apologizing to Sapphire. To his surprise, he lands on an Altaria. He looks up to see Wally, who is riding on a Magnezone in front of him. Wally reveals that he is the owner of the Secret Base that Rayquaza had flown out of. Seeing that Ruby needs help, Wally commands his Magnezone to use Discharge against Rayquaza. As Magnezone batters Rayquaza with attacks, Ruby is stunned to see how strong of a Trainer Wally has become.
When Wally has Rayquaza calmed, Ruby raises the Green Orb in front of it. He urges Rayquaza to join him to destroy the meteor, and to his joy, Rayquaza agrees. Ruby realizes there is someone above him, and looks up to see Sapphire on Troppy's back. The two meet each other's eyes.

- The Hoenn Frontier Brains defeat the Admins of Neo Team Magma and Neo Team Aqua.
- Sapphire wakes up inside a Secret Base on Route 120, where she meets Aarune.
- Aarune reveals that he rescued Sapphire after her defeat and healed her Troppy at a Pokémon Center.
- Emerald locates Sapphire through Hoopa's ring.
- Maxie and Archie emerge from their training space, having finished their training with Groudon and Kyogre.
- Ruby and Norman use Hoopa's ring to return to the Meteor Village.
- When Rayquaza sees Groudon and Kyogre through Hoopa's ring, it goes wild and throws Norman off of its back.
- Rayquaza attempts to attack Groudon and Kyogre, only for Hoopa to use its rings to send Rayquaza to Sapphire's location.
- Ruby is thrown far away by Rayquaza, but is saved by Wally.
- Wally battles Rayquaza in an attempt to subdue it, but is stopped by Ruby.
- Ruby attempts to reason with Rayquaza, only to notice that Sapphire has appeared in front of him.
