Wendy (Japanese: ジンジー Gingie) is a member of Team Rocket who so far has only made one appearance. Her English voice actress is Lisa Ortiz. She gets her revenge on Jessie by adding the Smoothie price to Jessie's bill.

History

Years ago, she and Jessie trained together. One day, they were working out and got a smoothie at the Rocket Café. Jessie downed Wendy's smoothie and said "I'll pay you back someday". Wendy never forgot this, and holds a constant grudge.

Despises Jessie. She also refers to Giovanni as 'Master'.
