Victor (Battle Frontier)

Victor (Japanese: ビクター Victor) is a character in the Pokémon anime, and appeared in the episode Tactics Theatrics!! as the assistant and judge for Tucker. He is voiced by 武虎 Taketora in Japanese and Eric Schussler in English.
He surveys the field using a hovering mobile platform.
