Outside of Battle

I don't think that we should include that the pokemon don't get damage from being poisoned outside of battle as they can't get poisoned, therefore they won't be able to get hurt from a status they can't get. I just seems redundant to me. Bolter1 17:42, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

You can as well say that Poison-type (or Steel-type) Pokémon can't get hurt by poison outside of battle since it can't get poisoned, but it's not true, since poisoned Cascoon will still be poisoned after evolving into Dustox, despite the latter being immune to poison due to typing. The same is with Snorlax - Munchlax doesn't have Immunity, it gains it via evolution, and trivia comments on this. Marked +-+-+ 18:26, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

Ah, ok, I understand now. Thanks for the clarification. Bolter1 02:35, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

I added the Category:Abilities with field effects thingy. PowerPlantRaichu (talk) 12:19, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
