Miranda (Japanese: ボイジャー Voyager) is a character from Mewtwo Strikes Back. She works as a pier master, and talks to the sea gulls to tell what the current weather condition is like. She was voiced by 小林幸子 Sachiko Kobayashi in the Japanese version and Kayzie Rogers in the English dub.
