This card was made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, never printed as an actual card in any language. However, a scan of the non existent full card was included in a Pokémon card Price Guide.

  • This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the expansion symbol, indicating it was originally created exclusively for the Game Boy.
  • This card is one of the two "Phantom Cards", which are only obtainable by Card Pop!.
  • This card uses the same stock Sugimori art of Mew as the Wizards Promotional Mew.
