Release information

In Japan, this card was one of five that could be obtained through the Communication Evolution campaign, which began in April 1999. Participants had to send a Haunter card along with Bill's PC in the mail to MediaFactory. MediaFactory would then send back the 'evolved' form. It was later reprinted in Pokémon Web.

Trivia

  • Although the vending machine cards were all printed on glossy card stock, the Masaki promos were all printed on regular card stock.

Origin

This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Blue.
