Release information
This card was included in the Obsidian Flames expansion, first released in the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion. A Reverse Holofoil version of this card featuring an "Obsidian Flames" stamp was given away to customers spending at least $15 on Pokémon TCG products at Best Buy stores in the United States from August 11, 2023.[1]

Psychic Assault is an attack that first appeared on Sigilyph from Emerging Powers. Psy Bolt's Japanese name is that of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Espeon can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Scarlet.
