Water Veil (Japanese: みずのベール Water Veil) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Four Pokémon have this ability, all of which are Template:Type2.
Effect
In battle
Water Veil prevents burns. If a Pokémon is Burned and gains this ability through Role Play or Trace, the Burn will be removed. If these abilities are lost, the Burn will return.
Outside of battle
Water Veil has no effect outside of battle.
