The Resort House (Japanese: べっそう Villa) is a villa owned by a player exclusively in Pokémon Platinum, located in the Resort Area of the Battle Zone. When the player arrives in the Resort Area the previous owner of the villa gives it to the player. The player can then purchase items from a catalog on the table. Certain NPCs such as Gym Leaders, the rival, Professor Rowan, Rowan's assistant (Dawn/Lucas) and the player's mom will visit the house from the start; some others after certain items have been purchased.

The items purchasable from the catalog are decorations for furnishing the house. They cannot be moved.
