In Japan, this card was awarded to those who participated in the Minun/Plusle battle tournament held at Spring 2006 Battle Road tournament. This card was reprinted as an unnumbered Promotional card for Battle Road tournaments in Summer 2007 with updated Generation IV artwork by the same artist.
