Tidal Bell (Japanese: うみなりのスズ Tide Suzu) is a Key Item introduced in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Along with the Silver Wing, it is one of the legendary artifacts associated with Lugia.

Generation IV
In Pokémon SoulSilver, it is the type of bell that are installed on Ecruteak City's Bell Tower. The item combines with the power of the Silver Wing and the dance of the Kimono Girls to summon Lugia to the Whirl Islands.
Generation VI
In Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, the Tidal Bell is given to the player by Captain Stern in exchange for the Scanner, and is required to encounter Lugia on Sea Mauville.
