Shadow Pokémon Lab

The Shadow Pokémon Lab was a place in the game Pokémon Colloseum where Shadow Pokémon were made by artificially closing the hearts of Pokémon.

Cipher Admin Ein

The Cipher Admin Ein was in charge of the lab and Shadow Pokémon production. Several files that he made stating his findings and possible ways to purify the Shadow Pokémon are held by many Cipher members, Peons and Admins alike. During the game, after beating the Peon/Admin, they usually dropped the files while running away.

Shadow Pokémon

When the door to a Pokémons Heart is closed by artificial means, that Pokémon becomes vicious, and may attack even humans. The tell-tale way of knowing if the reason for a Pokémons violence is the fact they are Shadow is a black auroa that emits from them. However, only a few people can see this aura. Ein found out about some people that could do this, and organised for them to be kidnapped.

Pokémon Worked On

In Pokémon Colloseum, there were around 49 Shadow Pokémon. They were all made at the lab, by Ein or one of his workers. The Pokémon worked on include Entei, Raikou and Suicune. A Metagross and Tyranitar were also made Shadow. Other Pokémon like Remoraid, Furret and a Bayleef were also made Shadow. All Cipher Admins have at least one Shadow Pokémon, with the leader having one of the strongest.

Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness

Shadow Pokémon appear here as well, also made in a lab. It may or may not be the same one.
