Ross is a character from Pokémon Heroes.
He is the reigning champion of the Tour de Alto Mare, a water chariot race in the famous Johto city. With the help of his speedy Wailmer, Ross has been able to win numerous times. However, Ash and Misty both wanted to challenged his winning streak.
